01 / Structure

Break of Structure (BOS)

SWING HIGH SWING LOW BOS ↑ CHoCH ↓

The engine identifies swing highs and lows on the Daily timeframe. When price breaks a previous swing high (bullish) or swing low (bearish), it marks a Break of Structure. A Change of Character (CHoCH) occurs when price first breaks against the prevailing trend, signaling a potential reversal.

02 / Entry Zones

Order Blocks & FVGs

ORDER BLOCK (OB) FAIR VALUE GAP (FVG) ENTRY REACTION ↑

After a BOS, the engine locates the responsible Order Block (last opposing candle before the break) and any Fair Value Gaps (three-candle imbalances). These become high-probability entry zones where institutional orders are likely clustered.

03 / Risk Management

1:2 to 1:3 R:R minimum

TP 2 — 1:3 TARGET (+3R) TP 1 — 1:2 MINIMUM (+2R) ENTRY ZONE STOP LOSS (-1R RISK) OB BUFFER 3.0x

Every setup must meet a minimum 1:2 Risk:Reward ratio. Entry is at the zone boundary, stop loss is placed beyond the Order Block with a buffer, and targets are calculated at 2x and 3x the risk distance. No setup is shown if R:R requirements aren't met.

04 / Setup Lifecycle

Active until TP or SL

FIXED TAKE PROFIT (TP) FIXED ENTRY LEVEL FIXED STOP LOSS (SL) TP HIT ✓ ACTIVE

Once a setup is identified, it remains active until either Take Profit or Stop Loss is hit. The setup does not change mid-life — no modified entries, no shifted stops. When no setup exists, the grid shows market structure and momentum instead.

05 / Multi-Timeframe

Daily + 4H + 1H confluence

DAILY (1D) BULLISH BIAS 4-HOUR (4H) OB + FVG ZONE 1-HOUR (1H) REFINED ENTRY

Daily timeframe establishes the directional bias via BOS/CHoCH. The 4H timeframe identifies Order Blocks and FVGs for precise entry zones. The 1H timeframe provides confirmation and fine-tunes the entry precision.
